RITE OF ELECTION 2009: Click on this text to see a slideshow of the Rite of Election which took place in St John's Cathedral in Portsmouth on 28th February 2009.

RCIA (Rite of Chrisitan Initiation of Adults) is a gradual welcoming of adults into the Catholic Faith.

September is the time we traditionally launch the programme for those non-Catholic adults interested in the faith from our own parish and the wider South Berkshire Pastoral Area.

The programme is currently running with those taking part hoping to be received into the catholic church at Easter.

You are of course very welcome to begin attending Mass here in our parish whenever you wish, though you would not be able to receive communion yet.

Are you ready to dip your toe in the water?   Are you Intrigued?
